it is bad to bottle up feelings but we do anyways, you can relieve your feelings here, i do believe this is what the guild is for: helping others

I bottle up my feelings all the time then when the bottle breaks i have to get a new bottle because the other one shattered along with the broken feelings

i don't have a bottle anymore, i have a couple hundred, and it's tough when one shatters, qa lot more then it gets hurt.

i do that too so your not the only one people always tell me its bad to do so if u dont want to talk about it write it out and then throw it away ior put it in a journal. talk to a pet.. it dont always have to be another human ... i write to get the stuff out that i dont want to tell others . it always helped me so maybe it can help you too wink

i used to bottle my feelings, until they exploded in a wave of pyshical violence afflicted against my wall now i write or play piano until the feelings subside
