This is the part of the village will be used for captain and crew to anwser any questions and concerns from the members. Meetings and discussions will be held here also. Please refrain from posting those that belong in the OOC or other forums. Hanekage~azureink We are deciding that now the medical ninja, even though it has its own ranking system, is inclusive. You can be in both ranking systems at the same time... azureink Anyways, time to start archiving those that are not normal humans. As such I believe that we should get a list of everyone involved and assign them to two teams, as equal as we can make them, then pit them against each other. SummonsNekage has a test and will be our information concerning who has what summon. He should make some thread that we can record in. Demons and demon-kinA list of those who have anything to do with demons is to be compiled. Then voted upon to see who keeps what. HospitalA testing system must be set up soon. more items may follow...

I don't think we should consider my thing a bloodline let me put it like this actually if u had watched the wandering group from before i used "Siryu" the demon actually inside me all i do is say that my chakra source increases i become more vicious but i don't go beserk and say "o I'm invincible and every hit does nothing to me" thats just stupid and pointless

We will drop it from the list, call it a special abnormality, but not a bloodline trait that can be inherited. Like Naruto and the fox demon inside him. As for Nekage's wings... I would like it if Nekage could say something about it, why or why not it should be considered a bloodline power. On a side note - since Nekage and I share a similar affinity with the same feather moves, I suggest that if it would be considered a bloodline power, that I be included as a carrier of the same trait. Under the full restrictions, if any, we decide to impose upon bloodline powers.

You both give good points, but lets say he uses his 'abnormality' and someone doesn't see it fit. He/She might want to use one too. This will bring upon an entire discussion of how to use the powers and how it is against other's etc.
Azure, I see what you're saying but that can also be used as a move in some cases but wings is a different story. To be literally flying in the air with wings is quite a feat even in naruto's world. It is more than an abnormality.
You have to think if we use it how will we control it. If we control it how will we contain it. Think outside of the box.

I also suggest that if one has a bloodline power, there should be a drawback exhausting or high price enough to not be able to use it a lot, or over use it.

welll just for ur information when siryu is used all power is exhausted afterwards and i'm unable to fight plus i only let it last about 15 fighting posts and no more than that and what i mean by fighting i mean like actuall moves not just talking

I was thinking maybe everyone could have this power in a way. Some can have creatures and some can have just a regular extra boost type thing, increasing power, speed, and accuracy.
