xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx✖ ████ ████ ████ Kioko trotted her way through the trees, her bright pink pelt standing out in extreme contrast to the natural browns and greens around her. Not that she cared really. She loved her fur, and her markings. However, she wasn't fond of that little fang she had at the corner of her mouth, or her horns. The only real reason was because it gave away the fact that she was indeed a mixblood wishful. And because of this, other wishes tended to stereotype her as a rude wish. Whereas, she was actually very nice and kind. After all, her wish was to make others smile. At this, she herself smiled. Seeing a flower, she picked it and trotted along until she found her favorite, large old oak tree and sat beneath it in the shade, curling up and watching other wishes walk by, as well as butterflies and birds and snails. A squirrel came near her and she smiled at it, handing it the flower she had picked. It smiled and scampered away, making her happy.

Mujigae followed his rainbow snail into the thick forest. He generally didn't like talking to any of the other wishes unless he really had to, so kept to himself. Although he was getting very hungry, he immediately started looking for food without asking any of the other wishes around for help. While searching, he saw a brightly pink and fluffy object in the distance. He pounced right into it, thinking it was cotton candy.

Kioko had just flicked her fluffy pink tail over her eyes and nose, preparing to rest there for a while, maybe even catch a quick nap if she was lucky. Apparently she wasn't that lucky today, because before she knew it something had rammed into her. Startled, the pink wish jumped up, fur on end, looking around. She soon spotted what seemed to have pounced on her. And it was another wish, a normal one it looked like. Giving a little laugh she prodded the white wish and then noticed that it wasn't pure white. It had some pale rainbow-looking markings on it. But still she prodded. "Are you alright?" asked the mixblood in a worried tone.

Mujigae jumped up. He wasn't expecting another wish, much less a mixblood, so he was quite startled. "Wait, you are not cotton candy.... and yes I am alright." He gave the mixblood a somewhat frightened and embarrassed smile. He didn't want to be stereotypical, but he tried to be cautious of the mixblood's behavior. "I am really sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you." His stomach then growled loudly and he blushed and looked away.

Kioko sat back down with a sigh and smiled at him warmly. "Well I am glad you're alright then. And sorry, no I'm not cotton candy. Though, it is delicious." she said happily, then looked at him for a second before she spoke again. "Oh you didn't hurt me, it's perfectly alright. I was just startled is all. You see, usually other wishes don't like to come close to me. It's kind of mean." said the female wish with a little frown. But then her smile returned. "Oh goodness me, where are my manners? I'm Kioko." at this point, his stomach growled and she giggled. "So that's why you thought I was cotton candy. I'm so brightly colored like it, and you're hungry. Well, then would you like to go and find some food? I'm sure there's something around here to eat." she smiled once more at him in a friendly way, hoping it would evoke a smile of his very own.

Mujigae looked at her warmly and smiled. She was obviously not a mean mixblood. He didn't feel like he needed help though. He had to accept not to be rude. "Umm...thanks! I am Mujigae by the way. Nice to meet you!" His stomach growled again and he laughed. "Shall we look? And we could eat together once we find something!" When he said that, he started to have a warm feeling and he blushed just a bit. He felt confused and started giggling nervously.

Kioko gave a little bounce of excitement as Mujigae smiled. "Yay! Smiles! I love smiles. That's my wish you know, to make others smile." she said excitedly, purring. Hearing him agree to look for some food with her, she smiled again, shaking her fluffy tail out to get rid of some leaves that had stuck themselves in it. She looked away somewhat shyly as he offered to eat it together, but smiled anyway. "Y-yeah. That'd be...nice."

Mujigae became even more confused when she looked away. "Did I do something wrong?" he thought. His worries went away after he saw bright objects in the distance. He would have run to them himself, but he felt he need Kioko's company. "Come! Follow me!" He said while pointing to the objects. "Maybe there is food there!" He started walking toward the objects slowly.

Kioko smiled and swayed her fluffy pink tail a few times before looking at Mujigae. "I'll race you~" she said happy before racing towards the brightly colored things. She looked back at him and smiled happily, wondering why exactly she felt so warm right now. Sure, she had played like this with Meeko and Taffy, two of her siblings, but never did she feel this fuzzy, this warm inside. But about halfway there, while she was paying attention to Mujigae adn not where she was going, she hit her paw on a rock and tumbled, rolling a little ways. "Oww." she whimpered.

Mujigae stopped running and immediately went to Kioko's aid. He asked, "What's wrong?" She looked at her foot, it was slightly scratched. "That looks bad! Maybe we shouldn't run for now! But we do need food!" He tried to help her get to her feet. He felt strange when he did this, but he knew now it was a good kind of strange.

Kioko blushed as Mujigae helped her onto her paws, and she gently put some pressure on the one that she had scratched. It didn't hurt too bad, she'd be all right. So she stood up and smiled at him. "Thanks for the help Mujigae." she said happily and looked at where they were headed. "Ah, l-let's get some food!" she said, blushing a little. She turned away from him and started walking instead of running towards the direction of where edible things were.
