I think Kaname. Tessa just is too bold and kind of freaks Sousuke out.

Tess is too... weak? I mean, Kaname has a REALLY strong personality, which a military guy like Sagura goes for. Tessa is just, well, smart. smile

The only reason I believe Sousuke will end up being with Kaname is becuase Tessa is his superior. He will never be able to feel relaxed or share any feelings of love with her for it, he will always be formal when it comes to Tessa.
Sousuke will most likely end up with Kaname becuase Kaname seems to express a whole lot more emotions than Tessa. Kaname is a well-rounded individual and doesn't need people to take care of her, besides when it comes to being quite when there is a expected enemy around. You can always tell Kaname shares a special bond with him, no matter how dense and unappreciative he can accidently be. Kaname shows these emotions through words, thoughts, or expressions, but all ends up in the same output. Sousuke.
Plus, Kaname was agreed to have sex with Sousuke in the very last episode of Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu! becuase they think they are about to die of a deadly virus. Just ended up tearing off their clothes though. >>

I never thought the relationship between Sousuke and Kaname was ever really in question. Tessa is just there to provide a bit of stress on S&K's growing attraction, not seriously in the running. A factor for both of them to bounce off so it isn't so much plain sailing.
Well, as 'plain sailing' as any relationship ca be when one half has little concept of life outside war and fighting, and the other has a hard time dealing with that plus a rather hair-trigger temper. But it's been Kaname all along who has gradually been causing Sousuke's world-view to change for the better - when he thought she was dead at the end of The Second Raid/End of Day by Day, he practically reverted back to his old mind-set on the spot. She gives his life a purpose and meaning beyond anything military, which is something Tessa just does not do because she is so tied into his military life.

Tessa, hands down will end up with Souske.
Well, you see, Tessa has been Souske captain for quite some time now, which means that they might know alot, or most likely a little about eachother. But what if Tessa resigns from her post as captain and confesses to Sousuke, maybe he feels the same way but just covers it up to look like he likes Kaname more. I mean remember in that one episode Kaname and Tasse get kidnapped, and the terrorist tells Sousuke to pick which one he wants first, he choose Tessa, and I know that it wasn't because shes weak, hes in love! And they just look so cute together!
I have proved my point and will be expecting 200 dollars on my desk tommorow @ 5 p.m. or people will be hurt.

I think he'd be choosing Kaname. The largest hint is the last ep of TSR. And on the thing with choosing Tessa over Kaname for the exchange, if I were in his spot, I'd choose the weaker to go first too. Kaname can handle herself. Tessa, unfortunitally, can not. Tessa's personality is too weak to keep up with Sousuke's, whereas Kaname's is. She's also able to keep him in line. He's more relaxed with her than Tessa. He fell asleep when she was cutting his hair. If that's not trust, I don't know what is.

Mhmmm I thinks Kaname. Tessa's cute but as Coldiku explained, she is nothing but his supior. That would be kind of awkward ... But kaname ^_^ She rocks and Sousuke seems to be more then just... Well passianate about the mission.
