what if my guild G.T.F. and u.s. army rangers become allies
i need troops
whoever joins my guild from this guild, u will automatically be turned into a crew member

I need troops for my alliance also but this is what I would say:
Anyone here like to RP about war? If so you should come join U.W.S. Nitron. United War Ship (U.W.S.). We are a military fan guild that loves to RP. Anyone who joins please say that you are in U.S. Army Rangers so that I can promote you to crew.
