I happen to be a strong support of Danny heart Sam, but I was just wondering if there are any Danny heart Valerie fans out there. Or even *shudder* slash fans.

At least, that's what people commonly use it for, though it's real definition is as follows: "A piece with the central theme, plot or characterizations involving a romantic or sexual relationship between two members of the same sex." -FanWorks.org (it has an awesome fanfiction dictionary) Oh yeah ... I'm a die-hard Danny+Sam fan, though I support other couplings involving the two.

I'm more partial to the Danny/Sam pairing myself. They work well together and Danny can be more open to her (considering she already knows he's a halfa). I'm not so much a supporter of Danny/Val though... But I don't really want to disguss my reasons for it.

I'd rather not get into the same spiel that I got into on the Danny/Ember Shipper page, but to paraphrase:
I don't think Danny should be with anyone, now! The right person's out there, but it's not there yet! For god's sake, he's FOURTEEN! True love can't be reached by a fourteen year old...In most cases, anyways...^^()
I couldn't help but think as I read Romeo and Juliet--who were just fourteen and thirteen--that they had no idea what love was, and were just acting on crushes. Which is what I see anything between Danny and another girl being right now.

I have to agree with Hallanna. Couples and the ages of the subjects is an argument I've gone round and round with in the Sonic the Hedgehog community myself.
Still, it's cute to think of pairings and the possibilities they have. At the very least you can consider it a possibility for when they're older.

Just kidding. I don't really support any ships. I do think Danny and Sam would make a cute couple, but I don't think they're going to ever get married. Danny will probably meet some nice girl in college. I don't know about Sam, though.

Over 38 years. You don't have to be older to truely fall in love, it might not happen a lot, but it still does happen and it happens more then you might think.

You don't have to be any specific age to fall in love. I've been in love, and I'm only 16. Really. Love is ageless. So there.

*shrugs* Same here, I believe love doesn't have an age limit...some age-difference love might be creepy and all...but it's still love and everything. Same with little people. My parents met and fell in love in high school and I've never seen two people more in love than they are. Except in movies. But that's fake love.
On the topic of Danny Phantom shippings, I disagree with all. Not because I'm a die-hard Yaoi fan, but because...most are just TOO predictable. (JUST A WARNING: THESE ARE MY VIEWS AND ARE NOT MEANT TO INSULT OR HARM ANYBODY READING AT ALL! DO NOT TAKE THEM THE WRONG WAY AS THEY ARE ONLY OPINION AND AS SUCH NOT FACT!) Danny/Sam? NO WAY! Too overdone. Danny/Valerie? C'mon, the girl hates Phantom! She's NOT going to be okay when she finds out that Fenton and Phantom are one and the same. Danny/Ember? No! She's a ghost! And she's probably a lot older than him! It would never work. Danny/Dash? They're enemies and Dash is too stupid... >.> Not insulting Dash fans. Danny/Vlad? C'mon, the guy's my favorite character...but this pairing would NOT work [for me].
^^;; So as you see, I'm very opinionated.
