If and when i reach 50 posts, and i make my first quest, do i have to do another 50 in order to start another quest? Thats all i was wondering.

Fifty posts to be able to open a quest. However you can only have one quest thread going at a time.
So if you want to do another quest, you have to stop your first one or complete it first.
