Midnight Roses has been around for a very long time. The lovely place had once been well known though business had decreased over the years.. Under new ownership the flower shop has been slightly restored. Recently the grand back gardens have been opened to the public. It is rarely closed unless a sign is up stating so. The shop specializes in custom bouquets and flower arrangement, but also had some homemade tea mixes for sale.
The building itself is not considerably grand, it’s just a regular medium sized two-story building, there is a sign on the front that reads: Midnight Roses. Then a smaller one recently tacked up under it, Flower Shop. Outside are a few pots with various flowers in them. Any flowers meant to be in bloom only during daylight hours have been charmed to stay open in all hours of the day.
Inside features an even wider variety of flowers. To the left a wooden desk with an old cash register sitting on it, behind the desk is a staircase leading to the second floor. Near the desk is a display of homemade tea bags for sale. The wall to right has small cards, ribbons, paper samples and in the corner a small work desk. Right on the far wall a large sliding glass door that offers a glimpse of the extensive gardens in the back. Beside the door is a sign that states:
Please feel free to stroll around our garden.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms a bathroom, a kitchen and a small living room.
The real prize of the shop is the large garden in the back, it seems too large to be placed behind the shop, once again the advantage of magic’s that have been on the shop for ages. Around the garden is a very tall black iron fence with all varieties of climbing plants such as ivy growing on them. There are paths leading around them and a few ponds placed throughout the garden, most which host aquatic flowers. A few obviously newer benches have been placed along the paths for people to rest on or enjoy the scenery.

Staff   Willow and Aura (The Twins) Willow and Aura stumbled upon the shop a year or so ago when Oleander was still just renovating and getting ready to reopen the shop. Oleander welcomed the two into her shop (Likely to have others around to do the work she didn’t want to do at first), eventually deciding that she liked the twins. At the time Willow was wearing a bandage to hide her ‘dead’ eye, it was Oleander who suggested that she grow out her bangs so she wouldn’t have to wear it, which she has now done. Both girls gladly help out at the shop in exchange for being able to stay there.  Oleander Williams
(Shop Owner, NPC) Oleander inherited the shop after her great-aunt Rosemary passed away. She wasn’t overly thrilled at first being sent to take care of the shop, but it was her obligation since the shop has been under their family’s care since it opened long ago. Eventually she warmed up to the place and Sharon, the resident fairy. She is also fond of the newer additions Willow, Aura and Nyx. Oleander as been known to be lazy on occasion still leaving work up to the others there. She likes to socialize with customers though.  Sharon Silverwing
(Staff, NPC) Sharon is a fairy that is rumoured to have been at the shop for much of it’s existence. Though she doesn’t just hang around and help customers, she is quite vital to the shop, taking the duty to make sure all the magic used there remains intact. She has the power of teleportation which comes in handy for having to collect seeds or plants, she has a smaller fairy form and a full-sized human form. Sharon is a very friendly and cheerful, but can be considered strict by some, especially Nyx.  Nyx Nightray
(Staff) Nyx much like Aura and Willow doesn’t have any particular connection to the shop other than working and living there. She is very content among the flowers, liking to make custom designs and colours. That doesn’t make her a perfect angel though, she can cause her fair bit of trouble, but Nyx doesn’t see anything wrong with it. Nyx has a particular liking for the twins, thinks Sharon can be a spoilsport and remains undecided about Oleander. Like Sharon has a ‘normal’ sized and smaller form.

Eli walked into Midnight Roses and approached the front counter. "Hi, I need your best bouquet of white roses and a white boutineer," he grinned.

Oleander looked up, clearly suprised there was a customer, "Of course sir, how many roses?"
"Just white?" a voice came from the glass door leading to the garden, Nyx was walking through in her full sized form, "Thats kind of boring." Nyx had a personal liking for the more unusual orders.

Shadow Eli popped in next to Eli. "Seven real roses and one fake one in the center. And yeah, just white," he nodded. "You could throw in some baby's breath though, and it has to have golden ribbons," he added. He was the pro at everything love, romance, and fashion.
"Yeah what he said," Eli said politely, turning to his counterpart. "What are you doing here?" he muttered under his breath to Shadow Eli. He and Alice had gotten into a fight prior to what Shadow Eli said to them last time he showed up.
"Helping," Shadow Eli said simply with a huge grin on his face.

Nyx left and in a moment came back out holding seven perfect white roses. She proceeded to sit at the work desk in the corner and started to get to work.
"If you don't mind my asking, are these for a special occasion?" Oldeander asked.

"Awww how cute," Oleander smiled, "I am sure it will turn out splendidly."
Nyx could be seen getting up to get some gold ribbon. She sat back down soon after, the ribbon simmering ever so slightly in the lighting.

"Thank you. I really hope so," Eli said.
Shadow Eli grabbed Eli's collar, then slapped his forehead. "Get this man a white lily boutineer," he ordered. "What would you do without me?" Shadow Eli looked at Eli shaking his head.
Eli jerked away from him, "What I've been doing? Stop being so rude," he commanded, then turned to Oleander. "Sorry," he said, embarrassed by his doppleganger's behavior.

Oleander smiled patiently, "Thats fine, can I help you two with anything else while Nyx finishes up?"
"White lily?" Nyx thought a moment, "I think Sharon already made one the other day..." She was mostly talking to herself as she got up leaving a moment and once again returing to her work desk with a white lily boutineer in hand, it was almost ready except for a few altrations that needed to be made.
((I gotta go for bout an hour and some if you need you can puppet Oleander and Nyx))

"No that's all I need," Eli said. He waited for Nyx to finish his bouquet and boutineer.
As Nyx set the bouquet and boutineer down Shadow Eli grabbed the bouquet and shoved it into Eli's hands. He took the boutineer and pinned it to Eli's collar.
Eli sat money on the counter for his flowers, "Thank you," he smiled to Oleander and Nyx. He turned and started walking out of the shop.
Shadow Eli grabbed his shoulder and walked with him, "One of those is fake, you're going to tell her that you will love her until the last one dies out. It will be sweet."
Eli chuckled and shook his head, "That's lame.. But alright?" he said, exiting the shop and walking to the Eastern district toward the Jewelery shop.
Shadow Eli's services were no longer needed, so he teleported back to Alaster in the shadow world.

The holiday season was clear when walking infront of the Midnight Roses Flower shop the regular flower display was replaced with bright poinsettia's,holly and winter roses. Sharon in her full human sized form, was outside working on the windows painting intercate snowflakes on them.
Inside Oleander was hanging a picture of the five residents of the shop in a frame lined with holly."I wonder where the twins are," She said.
Nyx didn't feel like helping Sharon outside as they had just had one of their arguments,, so she was sitting with her feet up on a work desk playing with a white poiinsettia, "Beats me, I didn't think taking around some flyers would keep them busy so long."
