make sure your cool, not acting like a fool,
by that, I mean; better follow the rules! o1. If you're gonna post rap songs that you made, don't rip off other rap artists.
o2. Don't descriminate against music, here. This is not the place were you do the Rock VS Rap s**t.
o3. If you're posting lyrics from another artist, to express yourself, make sure you say who wrote it.
o4. Don't make fun of other peoples lyrics, whether they wrote them or the lyrics are from another artist.
o5. If you want to talk about why you dislike other bands, do it without insulting people for listening to them.
ps; if you can't back up why you think a band "sucks", then just keep it to yourself. ;D
o6. Make sure you know your genres. Not all rap is ghetto and not all metal is crazy screaming. u.u
o7. Don't argue about the rules. If these rules arent simple enough for you; make your own thread.
o8. Follow the usual guild rules. ;D

Genre Confusion.
Some people get confused about genres and sub-genres of music.

Okay, here we go. A song that popped into my head one day while walking home, I sang it in variations, started with the last paragraph first then moved on from there. Yah. I'm not suicidal, things just pop into my head.

Everything that comes out of my head comes out in a lounge song way, that or pop though I'm sure it might fit in well with the 'indie' or 'emo' styles. General rock would work I'm fairly sure. If anyone can play it and sing it an a style they find fitting record and send, I'd love to hear various renditions of it.

Lol i didnt think you ment your eight year of french that would mean you would have crazy good french skills way better than anyone i know other than my french teacher.
Kk the j-rock sounds spiffy does ye like .hack?
