I'm considering this a semi-PPV, myself. In any case, lets make things...interesting.
We know RAW's KotR representatives. On Friday, we'll know Smackdown's. Therefore, I propose we make predictions as to how the tournament will play out. It won't really count towards anything; its just for fun.
Basically, its like March Madness; each person will make their picks for who will win KotR, as well as who will win in each round (I'm guessing they will release the card over the weekend).

I'm not sure they will release the card before the show, but if they do, then yeah, I'm game...Although, if it ends anything like my picks for Survivor Series, I don't have much hope.

Well, we could guess pairings also. I doubt they would have a RAW bracket and a SD bracket.

I have the oddest feeling that Sheamus will get screwed out of it, especially with Big Show and Mysterio thrown into the mix.

My hope is for Daniel Bryan to win...I mean, that would be three guys that Bryan would put over in one night...It's a plus to everyone involved.

King of The World Y2J My pick is either Bryan or Del Rio. It probably will go to a heel (has a babyface ever won KotR? I'm horrible with wrestling history), and del Rio is a likely candidate...though it'd be such a waste in my opinion.

As for me, I'm guessing either Rey or Big Show, because lets face it, Creative loves them.

As for me, I'm guessing either Rey or Big Show, because lets face it, Creative loves them. Considering it was something like the early 90s, I think he was...other than that...I can't really think of a babyface winner.

del Rio is supposed to be from royalty so he's a likely candidate and Sheamus has been jobbing out as of late so he needs a push. I can't really pick until after Smackdown.

I'll go through the list and describe the why's and why not's of each being KotR:
Sheamus
Why - KotR gives a great push to any superstar who wins it.
Why Not - He's seen main event before, and it won't be long until he's there again. KotR won't change that.
Ezekiel Jackson
Why - Excellent way to establish his credibility as a main eventer.
Why Not - Too much too soon. It would be a repeat of Sheamus.
Daniel Bryan
Why - He actually has the in-ring talent to win this one.
Why Not - He's established as the top of the midcard, and I don't think we'll see him in the main event any time soon.
John Morrison
Why - Would help push him into the main event face slot.
Why Not - Same as Sheamus: we'll see him in the main event soon.
Kofi Kingston
Why - He went from main-eventing to...jobbing. He needs some credibility back.
Why Not - While he needs it, other superstars need it more.
Alberto Del Rio
Why - Descendant of Kings? This would help set up that gimmick nicely if he WERE a king.
Why Not - Big Show feud will propel his career faster than KotR.
Cody Rhodes
Why - This would give Rhodes an achievement since the split of Legacy.
Why Not - ...The kid's a joke now.
Drew McIntyre
Why - "Chosen One".
Why Not - Something about him just screams...not KotR material.

KotR seems like a tossup to me, which is good. About 4 or 5 guys have a legitimate shot at winning this, with the remaining not looking like too much of a throwaway.
