Yes, I've done it. I've marked the moment of Nickelodeon's official demise. Once Dil was born-- it was all downhill from there. Anyway... So this thread is to discuss our favoritest NickToon before it's death.
Discuss: ~Favoritest Episodes~ ~Bestest Characters~ ~Um, I dunno. Anything related to babies?~
Have fun!~.Akela.Haimi.~

As for me, I would have to say that my favorite Rugrat was Chuckie Finster. First of all-- that hair (Even when it turned black!) And those glasses! It's just too cute. Second of all--He's a scaredy cat, like me. But even when he is scared, he always goes along with Tommy, to be a good friend and experience new things, which makes me think he's the bravest baby of them all. Chuckie equals love.

*sigh* I was always the Chukie of my group of friends. I had the messy red hair, I was always afraid of getting in trouble or worse, and I couldn't run to save my life. Not that I was over weight or had allergies, I just sucked/suck at running XD. Yeah, rugrats was definitely one of my fav nick toons. One episode though always freaked me out. When Chukie goes to the alternate timeline for when he never existed. Tommy just took everybody's s**t, Phil and Lil were out of control, and Angelica ruled all. For some reason, when I was younger I took that episode so seriously. It just....gah! Sure now that I think about it that was hilarious. The parents slaving to make Angelica cookies, great stuff.

Awe....yes, Chuckie was cool. I used to be able to the scaredy cat scream like he did, but that was when I was young and dumb xp . Susie was cool too, she was acutally nice to the yoinger kids and made a hall of a match for Angelica.
And yes...the show did go down-hill once Dill came along. Haven't they learned not togo around changing stuff.

I always admired Stu, too, for some reason. He was so cool, always trying out his new inventions. He was brave, never giving up even when his inventions were... ahem. Crap. Although I did like the bubble machine.

Oh yeah I forgot about the Dad...he was cool. And now that I think of it, all the adults were pretty cool...I can't put my finger on a favorite.

Another favorite episode of mine: The one where Chuckie's dad wins the lottery and they end up all rich-like, with Chuckie getting all those new toys and getting into private school. He was very Angelica-ish for a while...
But then, I love Angelica, too. <3

OMG I never could point out when Rugrats went downhill but now that you've said it....it was when Dill came along. Just like in all families its not the same once a new sibling comes along.
Anyway.... my favorites were the twins. The way they talked was always soo funny. My favorite adult was the grandfather, "in my day......."

I always liked Boris and Minka, Didi's parents. I wished I had grandparents like them...

Yeah, I know a couple of people who were told the same thing. Sure, she was mean, but personally, I think there are worse things that parents are letting their kids watch nowadays... stare

Almost anything that's on Nick now is worse than Angelica. It's all a bunch of conformist teenagers worried about clothes and where their next boyfriends are coming from. [/societalrantaboutNick]
