It depends, both of them are extremely powerful and don't know when to give up. In the end I would say Erza would win though. She always breaks up their fights and scares them into making friends xD

It Would Probably Be A Battle For Infinity, At One Point It Seems As Gray Is About To Win, And Natsu Counters His Attack, So On So Forth...I Constantly Feel Like Lucy...On zOmg I Feel Like Her Because Compared To The Others I'm Pretty Inexperienced, And Here Because #1)I Watch The Anime, I'm Gonna Read The Manga Afterwards And #2)I'm Only On Episode 17 But I Still Love It :3

Natsu is just over powered and can't possible lose... to anyone.
Grey would have to use Ice shell, and even then Natsu would melt it somehow.

Personally I think natsu has this grey is cool and all but with second origin dragonslayer magic strong enough to give gildarts a run for his money and the elemental advantage natsu has my vote here would be a good fight but if he unleashed dragon force with his new powers grey would probs not even survive let alone win
