~Spice of Life~

Appearance:
Mizuki has long dark violet hair that reached down to her hips, her bangs are longish (about down to her nose) and can be considered messy and she has side-bangs that almost completely cover her ears. Her eyes are a brilliant silver colour that can seem different depending on her mood or even the lighting. Figure-wise hers is very feminine and her tone of skin is pale. Mizuki wears a short sleeved uniform that is slightly more low-cut then the standard, but not overly so. She wears long black handless gloves (so basically sleeves) with a thin band of white trim on each end. Her sash is much, much longer then usual and is wrapped around her waist tied into a bow in the front. It is rare to see her with any footwear on… at least that she put on willingly. Often she is sporting a lollipop. She is always wearing a crimson red choker necklace.
Personality:
Mizuki is a very kind, cheery person, sometimes even child-like, but it only makes sense considering her circumstances. Despite her overall friendly personality, regular people and lower ranked Shinigami avoid her due to all the rumours and beliefs regarding her. She is clever and intelligent, well usually she does her moments. She is loyal and quite confident, she doesn’t seem to fear anything, especially not death. Highly skilled in masking her emotions, it may seem like not much makes her sad, but she is can be very sad and lonely at times. Mizuki is extremely curious whaich can cause her to ask some very straight forward questions. Following orders isn't always her strongsuit, but she usually will, she is most likely to complain about any paperwork since she finds it very boring. Though she seems cheerful and childish there is also a very mysterious air about her.
Bio:
Mizuki has an identical twin sister named Miyuki. Together they grew up in the Rukon Districts, no other family of theirs is known of, they survived with the help of other street kids and then on their own. During a hollow attack they got caught up in it, since twins being unusual, not to mention them being unusually gifted, seemed to attract the attention of some hollows. Miyuki was attacked and in order to save her sister Mizuki pushed her out of the way, but ended up taking the attack herself. She got hit vitally and was losing blood quickly, though that didn’t stop her from trying to fend off the hollow, only resulting in more injuries. By the time a Shinigami arrived and took care of the hollow, Mizuki was dieing… quickly. In desperation her sister cried out and did everything she could, as a result of their bonds as twins, she was able to bring Mizuki’s soul into her own body. Some would say what a shame it was, they were still considered very young (children) when this happened.

Mizuki was dead though. Her soul dormant within Miyuki, she was trapped in her inner world, awaiting release or for Miyuki to die so they could move on together. She was confused and for a long time, alone. Eventually she started to see a woman appearing there, never speaking or facing her. One day their gazes finally met. A week or so later, they started to speak. This woman turned out to be her Zanpakuto spirit, and the place she didn’t know her inner world. Her zanpakuto became her only companion.

About 100 years later Mizuki suddenly had appeared semi-conscious beside her passed out twin. Nobody knows what happened, except that Miyuki (who by then had graduated the Shinigami academy) went off on her own, later to be found unconscious with her twin beside her (while ‘dead’ Mizuki’s spirit progressed to grow so she did now look the same age as Miyuki). Miyuki never woke up though. All these events lead to rumours that Mizuki was a demoness. Even to those who didn’t believe in the bit about her being a demoness, it was agreed she wasn’t natural. Many think her kindness and happy appearance is an act to gain trust only to lure people into her grasp. In truth she went on like that since she knew it was no use not going on in life, it would displease Miyuki. So she lived on being sure to not let sadness to overcome her.

Since then Mizuki entered the Shinigami Academy, excelling in most things, enabling her to graduate early. According to most she seems to be more skilled then Miyuki had been. Mizuki is sure to visit her comatose sister often.

~Zanpakutou~

Spirit's Name: Chimamire no Tsuki Hime (Bloodstained Moon Princess)
Spirit's Appearance: Chimamire no Tsuki Hime (Who I will refer to as just Chi for now) looks take on the look of a mature looking woman in her mid-twenties. Her skin is even paler them Mizuki’s and most of it is covered in elegant and elaborate silver tattoo’s. She has neat, knee-length white hair, her lips and eye shadow are silver. She wears a flowing white dress that is short in the front and longer in the back, there is a white ribbon tied around her ankle and she has a long white and silver sash (scarf?) that rests loosely by her elbows. The thing that sticks out most about her is her blood red eyes. In her truest for she has a white pair of wings, with white ribbons loosely wrapped/hanging off them, she can make her wings appear and disappear
Spirit's World: Mizuki’s inner world is a moonlit rose garden, where it‘s constantly night time. It’s filled with roses mostly of white, crimson red, and silver color. Some of them even a mix of all three on one rose,, though around the edges of the garden very dark midnight shades of purple and blue are seen. In the center is a marble fountain of blood, Chimamire no Tsuki Hime is often standing on the very thing tip of it, looking up at the moon.
Spirit's Personality: Chi’s personality can vary. For the most part she can be kind, but very cold and cruel. She often refers to Mizuki as a fool for many of her decisions, but really cares for her. She usually calls her ‘Lady Mizuki‘. Chi has a strong belief that Mizuki belongs to her just as much as she belongs to Mizuki. She greatly enjoys battle and the taste of blood.
Zanpakutou Sealed Appearance: (Optional)
Zanpakutou Sealed Description: It takes the form of a katana with a light silver blade. The hilt is red with black and there is a crimson ribbon off the end with a small moon charm bside it. The guard is the shape of a cresent moon with an angel wing inside it. The sheath is black with silver designs along it.

Shikai Name: Chimamire no Tsuki Hime
Shikai Invocation: “Spread your wings under the moonight and dance in a rain of bloody roses”
Shikai Description: The ribbon extends and a chain the same light silver appears around it attached to the end is a crescent moon shaped blade. Both the crescent blade and the katana blade have elegant, elaborate engravings along them, that greatly resemble the tattoo’s covering the zanpakuto spirit. A rose that look like it is made of moonlight is in her hair.
Shikai Appearance: (Optional)
Shikai Abilities:
Being a zanpakuto of lunar power (and blood) when the moon is out her Shikai is stronger and under a full moon at it’s strongest.

Blood manipulation- Any blood shed is used greatly to her advantage, as such she often dodges attacks just enough so that they aren’t critical but still draw blood. The first of any form must be of her own blood drawn by her own zanpakuto, until then the blood is just blood, but after all her own blood can almost instantly be manipulated . The only form she knows how to use is shields. The Shield are formed by a motion of her hand or sword, They vary in size and shape from 2 meters to 10 cm in diameter, they seem to vary from a crescent moon to a full moon (so circle) shape. The shields strength can when at it’s fullest power easily hold up to a cero, though something with the power of a Gran Rey Cero under can cause it to crack and in some cases break. She has been known to make a smaller shield last for 5 minutes (about 5 or 6 posts I guess), though she has admitted the smaller shields are much easier to form and make last.

Lunar Blades- With a slash of her zanpakuto crescent shaped blades form that shoot at her opponent. With their curved shape it allows them turn. At full strength she can send 10 at a time.

Lunar Energy- Mizuki takes a rose petal from the rose in her hair and says “Spread your wings!” which makes it burst lunar energy causing a bright light and then shoots at her opponent, it can have the destructive power of a cero.

Kido is not her strongest ability she can perform up to 30, with and without incantation. Though she is thinking of learning more.

~Skills and Abilities~

Mizuki is quite skilled with Shunpo/ Flash step , not quite to the point of mastery though.
Despite her looks Mizuki is very strong, combined with her gracefulness and flexibility makes her good at both dodging and attacking. Usually even her more blunt movements have a certain grace to them and when performing more showy moves can seem almost like a dance.
Unlike most people she doesn’t feel pain as easily as others and even when she does feel pain she usually doesn’t let it show. This allows her to carry on in battle even when extremely injured.
Due to having died once in her lifetime in the Soul Society her spiritual pressure can carry a feeling of death and coldness, which usually effects people in some way, the more spiritual pressure released the stronger the feeling gets. Through much practice and will, Mizuki has learnt to keep it under control.

Looks good so far. This is just a suggestion, but she should be no lower than a third seat with her abilities and all. Why not have her be someone's subordinate, if you're not too set on squad 9? The gods above know we could use more intrasquad interaction.

The question is, are there any Captain's that would suit her well? But here I go, expounding my own ideas. If you do wish to join a squad that's has a cap. then you should pm him/her about joining. Damn, it appears as though I'll have to go formulate yet another common sense thread.
