They've finally found me. I can't sleep. Too afraid. If I sleep they'll get me. I don't want to go back with them. Please help.

Depends on the "They" you're referring to. If you're speaking of your They, that's not the same as my They. I know about my They, but not about yours. There are different They's for every person.

If you want to get away from your They, I suggest you perform massive open heart surgery on yourself while on morphine and three-times-the-legal-amount-of-Valium...because They never go away otherwise. I've done the Valium thing...and everything was They-less. It was...chaotically beautiful. They somehow provide some sort of stability. Fear makes you think more clearly...in my case. Somehow, when overdosed on pain-removing drugs, everything was chaos...but it was They-less. It was free. Beautiful, clear, muddled, hazy, crazy, chaos, hysteria, joy, loss, gain, freedom, restriction, liberty, death...

At that moment, I felt that I had no ultimatum, like Patrick Henry. I felt like I was in flight. Given liberty and death at the same time.
And then the Valium wore off.
And They were back.

My They are trying to kill me! Every time I go to sleep, they show up in different forms, and they try to kill me. I always wake up before they can do much damage because I'm actually aware of their existence, but I wake up with scars. Every time I wake up, there are scars all over my body from when they attacked. Which is why I can't sleep. The only way to stay safe is by not sleeping. It's the only way. It's the only way. Why dont you try and get someone to watch you while you sleep? If you look like something is attacking you, they can wake you up. Its better to get a little sleep while supervised, than crash and not be able to wake up.
