Cliff racers are perhasp the most annoying, the buggers follow me when in riding around, the second most annoying are slaughter fish. I hate it when I'm running around like mad with 15 cliffracers following me, since I'm too lazy to shoot them off, I run into the nearest area with guards.

Greater Bonewalkers are a really b***h when you've amassed like a thousand bonus strength from corprus and then cured it. They drain that sneaky bonus strength and you can't get it back.
I'd say cliff racers but you can just make a ring of constant effect invisibility and wander about overground without anything bothering you.
