Capone the Honchkrow swopped back in and landed next to Topher. "Good job buddy." He said as he pats the bird on the head. He promptly returned him to his Pokeball and began making his way to the Nightwalker HQ entrance. Slipping on his mask and robe, he stopped at the VO lock. "Umbra" he said confidently. The door sprang open. As he stepped inside he pressed a button on the control panel, turning off the power to the door. Leaving it open, he quickly darted down the many bends and turns of the hideout. This was it, he couldn't fail now. Her life was in danger.

Roland panted as he sprinted towards the Hallow point gym. He had flown most of the way there, but in an effort not to be seen in the sky, he had traveled by foot for a bit. Now, at the home stretch, he made a run for it to get inside. The seven pokeballs on his belt showed each time the bottom hem of his shirt bounced up. Once he reached the door, he went inside and found a little alcove to stop and catch his breath before he set to his job here.

Umbra dashes through the halls. Meeting no resistance. Most people payed him no mind, after all he was their ally. If only they knew it was Toph, he would be in so much trouble. But Purge was in position, waiting for the others to show. Where were they!? There were so many little rooms, he hadn't fully learned the layout, he hadn't been there enough. She was about to be tortured...he could only imagine what was to happen to her. It nearly brought tears to his eyes. He had to find her, but how?

Roland finally managed to catch his breath and snuck around a bit. He had no clue this all was here when he visited to battle Verin for his badge. Finally, he managed to find Purge, so Roland sat and waited to see who else would be showing up.

Pokémon Coordinators far and wide were known for their deep, abiding love of costumes, and Silver was no different. Silver arrived near the Hallow Point gym clad all in black, as a stealth mission such as this would suggest. She returned her Ninetales to its ball, going closer to the gym as stealthily as she could. She managed to find the Mewtwo, Purge, and Roland, but no others had yet arrived. She nodded at Roland and sat down next to him.

Kovu after receiving the letter made his to Hallow Point Gym. He lurked in the bushes attempting to spot the entrance after slowly encompassing the building he spotted a door which was wide open. After quickly looking around he dashed inside. He grabbed a pokeball from the inside of his blanket and held it in his hand as he snuck around their base looking for the others. After a few minutes he found Rol, Silver and Purge. He gave a silent nod to them.

As Umbra/Toph scurried deeper and deeper into the base. Suddenly, the telepathic voice of Purge rang through his head. "Toph, can you find her? People are starting to show." Toph almost spoke out loud, then realized he simply had to think the words. "No Purge, not yet. Don't give the signal until you know she's safe!"

Raiu flew onto the gym campus so far undetected. He quietly sneaked in and withdrew Flygon and found Rol, Silver, and Kovu already there.
"So it's finally time, huh? Time this war was over."
Raiu looked around the room and found someone missing.
"Hey, where's Toph?"

Something stirred within Verin today, a deep, creeping feeling that made his very essence quaver. He shook it off as jitters, knowing that his plan would soon be complete. Walking the halls of the Nightwalker base, he saw umbra wandering the halls, noting his behavior as odd, he walked up to him.
"UMBRA, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?"

Umbra froze as he nearly ran right into Verin. Then he spoke to him, he had to act fast. "Ummm...Lord Verin. I was...LOOKING FOR YOU SIR! I think someone is snooping around outside the base. Maybe you should send Snappy to sniff it out? Where is he anyway?"

Verin listened to the nervous tones of his lackey, a bemused expression on his ancient face. "Umbra, you should know for a fact that snaps is watching the prisoner until i can torture her. I explained that at the meeting this morning, i also sent you on a mission to sinnoh.....why are you still here?"

Umbra...Toph, was slipping. He was to scared for what might happen to Rishi. He wasn't fooling Verin very well. He had to think of something. He focused this message in his mind toward Purge. "Purge, sorry...I'm in a jam. I'm going to give you away, but you have a little while before they find your position. I'll lie about your placement. Don't move until planned. Also, follow Rol's commands once the attack begins." The young man stood upright before speaking to his so called superior. "Sir, I'm terribly sorry for not leaving yet. When I prepared for my leave...I thought I saw...Purge, in the forest. I've been trying to find you all day sir. I wasn't at the meeting this morning because I was preparing for the trip. Then when I finally got ready, this came up, so I went out to look for you. Forgive me sir, I'll accept my punishment once this threat is taken care of. Muaheheheheeee, I don't mind a little pain."

Verin began to run off, then stopped. turning to the boy, he looked at his mask. "How.....would you be able to see a Mewtwo? Purge would rip your head off from 1000 feet away, WITH HIS MIND! AS WELL, how do you know it's name only pwf gym leaders know of the names of the Champions pokemon. as fighting him is part of getting in.....and you even said your self they rejected your application with no test......" He began to reach for his pistol. "Ummmmmbra....."

"Lord, you yourself said that his name was Purge...if I remember correctly. The night you came back injured. As for why he didn't attack me...I'm not sure...unless...they're planning an ambush." Toph was glad that his mask was on, sweat was beginning to trickle down his face.

The man rubbed his chin. "Well....i don't remember if i told you that...EVER. but you need to get going on your mission, kill the champion of sinnoh. our hold must extend BEYOND ALL BORDERS. That is all......UMBRA."
