OK can I apply for disability since I'm bipolar, social security (I guess, help on that one?) bursaries there's a good chance I'll be homeless too. I'm also going into the air force at 18 (I heard they pay for college)

So can people explain more ways to get money that I need to go to college when I'm older?

What are qualifications for bursaries? What are other ways to get money/shelter/food besides working part time (I do have to go to college y'know). I'm 13, I came out once to my mom, she said she was going to kick me out at 18 and not pay for college, so I'm going on my own with this.
