It is said that after touring the world, Alastor will be returning to Speed to apparently pick up Justin Amaze's slack, and would like to face Thangor.

I'd like to add something here. Just because I have you down about doing a promo doesn't mean you have to do one. I just have someone down as a promo there to help out. Not everyone likes to do promo's, but seeing speed was developmental place... I, and other mods, could have helped out with promo's in a place that was designed to help out.
