I know a lot of people use different types of eyeliner that range from liquid eyeliner, to gel liner, and then just regular eyeliner. So I used each eyeliner just to show how you can get the same look. With each tutorial, there are some tricks explained that would help those of you with the unsteady hand, or just to help in general. If you don't want to read through each, it's okay! I will post the tricks at the end of it all.
Note These only consist of like 2-4 images each because I wanted to keep it short and simple.

First off, I did liquid eyeliner because, as of late, I've been doing my wing eyeliner with liquid. Now keep in mind that when trying to wing your eyeliner, keep close to your lash line and follow that shape.

Liquid Eyeliner:
Step One
Use the liquid eyeliner and line as close to your lash line. However, when getting to the last third of fourth part of your eye, begin to bring up your eyeliner.

Step Two:
Following the upward line from your bottom lash line start from the corner of your eye. Connect the line you previously made and then fill in the space in between.

Final Look:

It looks better from this. Look at the eyeliner in the picture of materials I used for gel liner.

Gel Liner:
For this, i used an angled brush and Mac's gel liner in black track.
The eyeliner is done from the liquid liner.
User Image

Step One:
For the UNSTEADY HAND, I like to start my eyeliner from the middle and then begin to draw it out from there. You pretty much do the same thing as with the gel liner as you do with the liquid eyeliner. This time, I winged it out longer and a bit more upward, for a more dramatic look. (Like I did with the Halloween contest.)
User Image

Step Two:
From this point, I did the line starting from the inner corner of my eyes, connecting it to the middle of the eye, where I started the line. I then, also, connected the gel liner using the path of where my water line is.
User Image

Step Three:
Fill in and connect with the bottom line.
User Image
See how it looks more dramatic from the liquid liner picture?

Regular Eyeliner:
Step One
Use the eyeliner to draw a line while staying as close as you can to your eye shape and lash line. Then while reaching the last third/fourth of your eye, flick it upward.
User Image

Step Two
Following the upward path of your water line, start at the corner of your eye and connect the line.
User Image

Step Three
Fill in the space that is left between your two lines and if you want, you can line your bottom lash line or water line to connect to the eyeliner.
User Image

Finished!

TIPS:
-For the unsteady hand, you can start drawing your line from the middle of your eye and extend it that way. Then simply go back and connect the full line. You can also do it in little segments if your hand is really unsteady.
-Try to keep as close to your eye shape as you can. It is a natural guide line to how you should do your eyeliner, but when getting to the last third/fourth of your eye, begin to flick it upwards.
-You can use the upward path that can be seen using your water line or bottom lash line to make the line that will go upward. (when you connect the lines.)
-If you want a dramatic look, try to make the line longer and more 'upward'! (See the gel liner part if you need image reference.)
-When doing any of these, do not pull your eyes because this can cause pre-mature sagging of the eye. You can open your eyes wide, just like if you were putting in contacts, to try and get the line as clean and straight. (However, you can also use tape.)

I hope this helps!

Yeah, lines help me whenever I try and see the makeup paths, so I thought it would help more rather than simply just pictures. ^ ^" I'm glad they were able to help! I would do only one eye for each and by the end of it, I forgot I still have it on xD so I was walking around with only one eye with winged eyeliner. LOL
Yaaay! I get feedback : D

I'm currently using a Samsung TL220 in Black.
It's the dual screen one ^_^ It was around $100 when I got it, so ya. Pretty cheap and good for it's price. I'm trying to get a new one though xD
But for basic camera needs, that one is more than enough. heart

I think they may still have them for that price. o_o I think there's one that's like.. $250? but there's also another for $180. You can check an electronics store. If you have a Target/best buy around you they should have them,

Apologies if this seems racist, but all the people that I've seen that can actually work this look are Asian. I have a white friend with big eyes that tries to wear this look but it doesn't really look that good on her. I want to try this, but my eyes are big like hers. Is this a look that usually only people with smaller eyes can really work?

I don't think DevilsRevelry has 'smaller' eyes at all. She has about one eyeslength between her eyes and 1/2s ish of an eyeslength from each outer corner to the side of her face (judging from these photos). That's proportionally average to slightly larger than average.

I have large eyes myself and can make this work, too. It's possible that you're bringing the eyeliner all the way down to the outer corner then flicking it up. That can make the wing look odd. Do what DevilsRevelry does and start bringing it up a bit earlier (around the outer third) and then fill in. If you were already doing that and it doesn't work, it might just be that it doesn't compliment the shape of your face or eyes. Can you say what specifically looks wrong with it, or post a picture maybe?

You can also try keeping the wing to a minimal. Don't prolong it too much. (If that's the right word o_o ) I can do another pic tut if you'd like.
