Dude I love to master pinup hair styles.
But I always feel like my hair just isn't right for it emo
My curls fall flat and my hair is so choppy that if I tried to do a victory roll or anything, a bunch of tiny hairs poke out.
What can I do to accomplish my dream hair?

I'm blessed and have hair that curls super easily, what are you using to do it? Other than that, I've been able to get pretty decent results with shittons of bobby pins and these [x]. Instead of using them for curls, I cut them, and use them for rolls.Then pin my hair a bit to make sure they don't move. Makes them stay and look more neat.

My hair doesn't like to curl either, it bites! I usually stay away from curls due to the ext ream hardships of them but when I do curl I spray it with got2b glued hairspray before and a ton afterward.
For the victory roll try using a little gel or hairspray so all the hairs stick together, or get the main ones in the curl and then hairspray/gel the other little suckers down.
I wish I could do victory rolls :,<

I suck at vicotry rolls, but I do like to keep my bangs short.
My hair is naturally curly, but I had the Keritin treatment done, but now it's reversing back to it's curly state again. xD
