Here is the current match card. You know what to do:
*WWE champion The Miz vs. Randy Orton - Tables Match.
*World champion Kane vs. Edge - TLC Match.
*WWE Intercontinental champion Dolph Ziggler vs. Jack Swagger vs. Kofi Kingston - Ladder Match.
*Rey Mysterio vs. Alberto Del Rio - Chair Match.
*John Cena vs. Wade Barrett - Chair Match.
*LayCool vs. Beth Phoenix & Natalya - Tables Match.
*Sheamus vs. John Morrison - Ladder Match.

*WWE champion The Miz vs. Randy Orton - Tables Match.
Winner: Miz
Reason: He's on a roll. Plus, this will make for a good legitimate title defense. He needs the championship credibility here.
*World champion Kane vs. Edge vs. Mysterio vs. Del Rio- TLC Match.
Winner: Edge (though this is off the fly)
Reason: Consider the other superstars; Kane has had a long title reign (apparently will tie Benoit's title reign on sunday), Mysterio has an injury (apparently), and Del Rio is...well, Del Rio. In a match that Edge calls "his specialty", he'll probably walk out with it.
*WWE Intercontinental champion Dolph Ziggler vs. Jack Swagger vs. Kofi Kingston - Ladder Match.
Winner: Ziggler
Reason: Swagger is just a random addition to make the Kingston/Ziggler dynamic less stale, and Kingston is filling in for MVP. Considering also that Ziggler has quite the following (with Vickie and Novak), I imagine one of them will attempt to help win the match for the guy.
*John Cena vs. Wade Barrett - Chair Match.
Winner: I think this one is obvious: John Cena
Reason: The Nexus - Cena plot is going to end here, probably. At which point, they'll feud amongst themselves before disbanding.
*LayCool vs. Beth Phoenix & Natalya - Tables Match.
Winner: Phoenix/Natalya
Reason: Do we really need another LayCool win? No. Besides, who honestly believes that both Layla and McCool are capable of lifting either Beth or Natalya?
*Sheamus vs. John Morrison - Ladder Match.
Winner: A close bout, but Morrison
Reason: This one is difficult to predict; Sheamus has a lot of momentum, having won KotR, but a Miz vs Sheamus feud makes little sense. Morrison is being built up to be a main event face, but from what I recall, he hasn't had much of a momentum build into this match. Considering Morrison is a face, and also excels at ladder matches, I'm changing mine to Morrison, but damn will it be close.

Reason: Taker will have some kind of influence I think, also they've turned Kane into a p***y. Kane needs to be setting fires and s**t not crying.

Reason: Morrison will always come close but may never be given the belt. Sad.

He just got the title, he's gonna hold it.
Edge over Rey/Kane/Del Rio
I really want the storyline to end, but not with Edge as champ.
Kofi over Swagger/Ziggler
The way I see it, he's one of the biggest Faces on SmackDown behind Edge and Rey.
Barrett over Cena
Hear me out. If you're going to end a feud that's been boiling for almost 6 months, you won't end it at some no-name PPV. This goes on to the Rumble... at least.
Natalya/Beth over LayCool
Best Layla could do is set someone on it. And a 'hardcore' diva's match? What hell batman!
Morrison over Sheamus
Sheamus enters Royal Rumble, Morrison vs Miz keeps the Face/Heel balance that WWE likes. And maybe we see the return of HHH at the Rumble to help spark Sheamus.
Also, thanks for putting this up. Been busy getting ready for Finals this week.

I'm thinking that may be only half the problem. The other part is that the card was looking really full...and there wasn't any Daniel Bryan on it. Vince was probably making room so that he can put the guy who's saved countless PPVs already on the card (probably vs. Ted). And, because they have Wade and Cena doing a chairs match, I guess they're trying not to be too repetitive (they will be either way). But anyway, now Rey can do less in a match and take a break afterwards with a reason for his absence. Because obviously they're not just going to cut one of their top draws if they can help it...

Pick: Kofi...I'm not too sure on this one, I'm just going with Kofi because he's the babyface in this one, so he'll have "more stacked against him" sort of.

Pick: Cena...He didn't get hired back just to lose...This will be the feud ender probably.
*LayCool vs. Beth Phoenix & Natalya - Tables Match.
Pick: LayCool...Come on guys...Do you really think LadyTaker is going through a table?
*Sheamus vs. John Morrison - Ladder Match.
Pick: Morrison...Sheamus will feud with HHH when he gets back, and Morrison vs. Miz is probably where they'll go next.
*World champion Kane vs. Edge vs. Del Rio vs. Mysterio - TLC Match.
Pick: Del Rio...Edge will chase Del Rio for a while, and will probably have a better feud with him than he had with Kane...and vice versa for Del Rio after the Mysterio thing.

Pick: Miz...If they have him lose the title now, then his title run will be a joke, and the belt would really mean nothing...
