This is going to be an art/writing/tektek/random contest.... I don't know if i can guarantee amazing prizes as im not the richest girl on gaia, but ima try and make it fun for everyone, so please take a look around and consider joining....
TT^TT this contest has been cancelled because only one person bothered to enter. she'll get the prize for the category she entered in, but otherwise this contest has been cancelled and no more prizes will be given out.

 How It Worksdon't ya just love my poorly rendered animations XD? anyways, this contest is about putting my current avi and hitsugaya toushiro from the popular series of bleach together in some sort of scenario. im not looking for anything in particular, it can be humorous, it can be romantic, it can be an action scene, as long as it pertains to those two and its appropriate anything's game. there will be 3 sections/parts to this contest: the art section, thec writing section, and the tektek section.

 Rulesyeah, we gotta have 'em, look 'em over and make sure you don't break any of them. 1. as this is part of the guild called 'giving' you must obey the rules of the moderators of the guild, as well as the rules of the gaia website. 2. if you don't know who hitsugaya toushiro is, that doesn't mean you shouldn't enter, you can still create a holiday picture, story, or tektek piece involving my gaia avatar. 3. in such a case as one mentioned in rule 2. you may change my avatar's outfit to make it more festive as you see fit. 4. however, you cannot win the grand prize in any category if you do not draw/create something involving my avatar and toushiro, as that's the main event of this contest. however, the lower prizes. like 2nd place and such are still game. 5. do not submit anything inappropriate in any category. it is against the gaia TOS and i don't wanna see it! 6. you can submit work into more than one area/category (or just stick to one if it suits you). so you can do both an art piece and a tektek piece if you'd like or however suits you. submitting work into different sections increases your chance of winning. 7. although you can enter multiple areas, you cannot receive the grand prize in more than 1 section. it'd just be unfair if one person won everything. however, the lower prizes in each section are still game even if the grand prize isn't, so you can still win multiple things. 8. only submit ONE piece of art per section. i said you could submit work to more than one section, but only one piece for each area. i don't wanna get overloaded.^^; as I have never hosted a contest before, these rules are liable to change/ be added to. please bear with me. and feel free to ask questions too.

 The TekTek Contest!!OPTION 1: alright, for the tektek contest you take my avatar and an avatar playing as hitsugaya toushiro and do something creative with it. just have them standing side by side looking cool, make a little comic out of it with dialogue, make an animation- its more than just creating a cool look,but everything's game! whoever comes up with the coolest designs and ideas gets the prize! I am currently wearing: tsunami KO classic coat kuro kosode cream scott socks wooden sandals secret sparkls (blue) frostbite blade fallen wish (supernova) that is merely if you wish to keep my look the same, you can change it if you so desire, so long as the hair and eyes are the same so you can still tell its me. the same goes for toushiro. make his hair and eyes the same so we can tell who it is, but you can dress him however you like. feel free to ask questions! OPTION 2. design me a holiday avatar. in this category you can change everything, including my current eyes and hair. toushiro will not be included. essentially the avatar i like best wins. any questions please ask! How to Earn Brownie Pointsthese are not requirements. choosing not to do them will not make you lose, they are merely suggestions. ^^ In character: i said you could change outfits so long as you kept the eyes and hair the same on both toushiro and myself, however, try to keep in character- at least with toushiro, him being an anime character and all, don't stick him in outfits you know he'd never wear. the more in character you keep things the better. Comic Strips: Making two avis and sticking 'em side by side is just dandy, but making a little comic strip between the two and having dialogue would really be going the extra mile! quotes/sayings: putting a cool quote or saying into a picture, even a tektek one, can really change the feel of the entire thing. ^^ Prizes!!it's what everyone cares about right? well here they are!!  i actually am proud of the above animation ^^ anyways.... The Art ContestOPTION 1: alright, for the art contest you take my avatar and toushiro and draw them together. once again, whatever you want- romance, humor, awesome fight scene, standing back to back- your call! It doesn't matter whether you're good or bad or in the middle, its about whoever comes up with the coolest concept. you can change the outfits as you see fit so long as you keep the hair and eyes the same so we know who it is. OPTION 2: Drop toushiro altogether and just draw my current avi. make her elegant- yes, i am a girl- make her badass, make her summon her dragon and look awesome, your call- whoever comes up with the coolest picture gets a prize! please don't change my outfit though, as that'd kinda ruin the point of drawing my current avi challenge. ^^; How to earn brownie points!first i am here to emphasize that not doing the things mentioned here will not dampen your chances of winning- these are just things that will earn you respect/brownie points in my book. In character: for those of you participating in option 1. the more in character you keep toushiro (him being from an anime and all) in your pictures and comics and whatnot, the better. i said you could change outfits and do as you would, but try to keep it as in character as possible. make a comic strip: once again not a requirement, if you wanna draw a badass picture or a cute one or a humorous one then go for it and im sure ill be happy, its just an idea. quotes/phrases: if you include a cool quote or phrase or song lyrics or something inside the picture to strengthen the mood or message it'll get my attention. ink your picture/clean your outlines: if you're drawing traditionally then ink your picture and then erase the pencil lines. it makes it cleaner. if you're drawing on the computer then clean up your outlines in photoshop or gimp or sai- seeing that you put more effort into the final result will garner you more attention. quality: if you're drawing traditionally, taking a photo of your picture and uploading it that will will not necessarily dampen your chances of winning, but scanned pictures are cleaner, and as such will draw more attention. if you're drawing digitally, make your picture not blurry, but a decent quality image before you upload it. once again,these are suggestions to help you out and provide inspiration. they are NOT required.Prizes!!!GRAND PRIZE!!! now i know not everyone plays zomg. however, winning this item is still a good thing cuz you can sell it for a loooota money. and if you wait until january or so, when the thing can finally be unpacked, and sell the ring inside, it may be worth even more! so you're either getting a good zomg ring or good money. either way its a good prize.  The Writing ContestOPTION 1: Write a SHORT STORY of some sort of scenario involving both my avi and toushiro. assuming you to be familiar with bleach if you are choosing this option, you may also put other characters into the story, even your own OCs if it so pleases you. there's no limit on what you can make the story about. romance, first meeting, humor, memories, etc. just so long as its appropriate anything's game!
since the username Wrath_of_Bahamut doesn't sound anything like a real name, please use the name Hotaru for my character. ^^you can make hotaru's personality however you like, im curious to see what you'll come up with ^^ OPTION 2: Write a short story involving my avi hotaru and an OC of your own. if you don't own OCs then use your own gaia avatar and make up a name for him/her. have them meeting for the first time. have them fighting together. make it humorous. the choice is yours so long as its appropriate. How to earn brownie points as mentioned in the above posts, these are suggestions, and are not required by any means whatsoever for you to heed. ^^ Detail: Having a great story is one thing, but description and detail etc. give that story depth and makes it more interesting. I'm not saying write a crazy long novel, but don't just write a paragraph either. i might have said write a short story, but that doesn't mean cut short on the details! ^^ Grammar: Having bad grammar won't dampen your chances of winning, but good grammar and spelling makes me happy, and will definitely make the story flow better and be easy to read. Stay in character: as mentioned in above posts, try to keep as much in character with toushiro as possible, keeping him in character will make the bleach story more plausible.^^ PrizesGRAND PRIZE!! you'd be getting the sealed october envelope, from which you could choose between mwee or the pendant. you will NOT get all three!2nd Place: Gilt Thorns try it on3rd Place: 20,000G
