Okay, so you Start out by saying " I went to Wal-Mart and bought a box of condoms and _____ " and in the blank you'll just put a random item.
For Example ::
"I went to Wal-Mart and bought a box of condoms and a melon. "
( See? Completely random, but I bet some of you giggled )
