So, after many years, I've finally decided to do another solo Pokemon challenge. This time, I'm going to do solo Mightyena in Sapphire version.

My question to you all is what moveset should I try for to maximize my Mightyena's awesome?

My idea is:
Crunch
Thief
Toxic
Shadow Ball

By the way, if you need a list of Mightyena's possible Gen III moves, here it is. ^_^

In my opinion you have nothing that will even phase a steel type, dig is a good coverage move, to bad you did not get earthquake. But I just see that set as doomed for failure.

To bad he did not get the elemental fangs in three. That could have made your job a whole lot easier

Yeah... I was thinking of Dig as well, but what should I lose for it? Thief or Toxic?

I would lose thief, toxic is almost to good to lose, when something resists most of your attacks toxic will eventually bring them down, great for high defense pokes and has saved me in the elite four a bunch
