So long life story short: I have some anger issues that are tied into some repressed emotions, and memories. I have tried talking about it, but its kind of hard cause then I start to lie, and direct the conversation somewhere else, which I think is an expression of how I do not want to see it at face value.
I want to do some meditation that will help me uncover these repressed emotions, and memories. Deal with them one by one and go on with my life.
Does anyone have any ideas of the types of meditation I could get into? I already do relaxation, and stress reducing meditation, but is there a kind to help me with this problem?

If you know of an aproximate age you want to look at for repressed memories some of the past life regression stuff in the resource subforum should assist. The only variation to them would be traveling to the age/time you would like to explore instead of going into the past lives.
But here is a quick one you can try as a starting point:
Start off by going through your relaxation meditations. Allow all unnecessary thoughts or feelings of judgment and fear to rest in the basket of a hot air balloon so that it may travel and meet you at the end of your journey.
Then while you are in your meditation, someone you trust, (a friend or spirit guide) will appear with a book. The title is Your Life. They will explain that the book will offer you the chance to look at your history. You cannot change the events in anyway, but the hope is that by looking through the pages you might gain a better understanding of yourself. As this is a book if there is anything that upsets you only have to close the book to remove the images from your sight and the friend will be with you through this. Take a relaxing breath and begin looking through the pages.
You will see the story of your life, a diary that starts with the most current of events and working backwards towards infancy. It will include photos, small tokens from your adventures and even familiar scents and sounds. Look through the pages. Give yourself time to reflect on the images and memories that this book will rekindle. You will notice that some of the photos will move as if watching a movie and you can act as an observer to the events that are unfolding.
When you are finished looking at the events before you, close the book and return it to whom ever it was that let you look at it. Thank them for letting you look and for their presence. You will be told you can look through the book at any time.
Then if you are ready, allow your thoughts to drift back to the room you are in feel the surfaces around you and resume your day.

I just stair into a candle flame and search my mind for what ever it may be i need the answer too. sometimes it works sometimes it dont, it depnds on my concentration leavel.
