Greetings and Salutations everyone.
My name is Locks and Bagels, but you can call me Locks or Mr. Bagels if you wish.
I have been a huge movie buff for many years. And have wanted to become a film maker since Junior High.
When I graduated and went off to college I attended film school at California State University Long Beach where I learned how to be a film critic and have been a test audience member for many Hollywood films where I critiqued and gave my feed back on many films, and watched many films with the industries directors, producers, actors, and others.
After graduating I worked on several minor film projects and interact with many actors and actresses, and try to find any way I can to break into the industry as I can. One of which I am currently working on a sitcom with a former roommate and fellow writer which we would love to get on the air, One Model/actress friend of mine already fully endorses it as long as I give her a role in the series. In my spare time I enjoy watching and writing critiques on different films as a hobby.
My favorite movie of all time would be Wizard of Speed and Time, and recently I returned from Japan where I was able to go to the Studio Ghibli museum.

Hello, I'm the Kraken. You can call me any variation of the name...just as long as it somewhat resembles the original word. XD
I'm 16 and a junior in high school. When I go to college, I plan to major in multimedia production (graphic design, video production, etc.) and minor in English. I've wrtten two novels and I plan to try and get at least one of them published. I think that the film industry would be pretty damn cool to be involved with. I'd mostly love to work with editing or cinematography, because those are my favorite parts of watching a movie - looking at how well a shot is framed or cut.
My favorite movie is Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind but it's at the top of a huge list of movies that are all tied for the number two spot. The last movie I watched was Freedom Writers.

Hello everyone. I'm ArtemisoftheCrows, but you can call me Artemis or Artie. I'm a 23 year old wife, who's doing everything she can to keep her head above the water. I love film and everything about it. Although, I personally do not aspire to be in the film industry I have several friends who are pursuing that life goal. I honestly can't tell you what my favorite film is. That position is always changing. I can, however, tell you that my favorite genre is Horror. Do I like one particular sub-genre over another? Well, that question really depends on my mood at the time. So I guess we can give a resounding no.
At the moment, I think that's it. However, I may edit this post in the future.

Greetings everyone!
As it so eloquently says on the right-hand side over there, I'm The Forgotten Theatre.
I'd say I follow the usual rule of moviegoers, if I think I'll like it I'll see it. If I think I won't like it I won't see it. Plain and simple. On occasions I'll break that rule and watch something out of the norm and, despite first impressions, be pleasently surprised by the movie. And if I really loved the movie it then gets added to my plethora of favorite movies of all time.
Besides watching movies over the years, I do discuss with my fellow colleagues about storylines that I've been developing for werewolves, witches, etc. That's not to say I'm planning to be a writer, but I would like to delve more into these creatures where I find that writers (both in books and televison) just don't delve enough into. They just leave certain things without explaination. I want to explain them and give it the substance that I've found lacking in other writings.
Other than that I'm your typical, lazy, (should be in) college kid who plays video games, watches an excessive amount of television, hangs out with the occasional buddy, and chats on the internet, when they should be preparing for their GED. Especially if they plan to major in Biology, but I digress...
My favorite movie of all time, without a doubt, hands down, is Jim Henson's Labyrinth. I love the muppets, love the costumes, love the scenery, love the glitter, love the soundtrack, but most of all I LOVE David Bowie!!! 3nodding Especially as Jareth, the Goblin King.*squee!* whee

It's quite good and goes in depth of the life of a vampire. It also talks about relations, aging, and all sorts of other things you may question about vampires. So far it's the only book in the vampire chronicles I have read, but it was quite good.

Interview with a Vampire gave really gave nothing new to the vampire genre. The only "element" added in Interview with a Vampire added was that you always obey your sire, but if you disobeyed (or in this case killed) you were gonna get it. All that was added was different levels of vampire hierarchy, that's it.

You can call me Digital Malevolence, or what most people do, and shorten it to Digi.
I'm 21, in a band, work a shitty part time job, and I don't go to school...yet. If you find what I say about movies or music, or whatever discussion we get into, which will probably be movies since its the subject of the guild, to be harsh and dislike it then I'll apologize in advance. I'm going to say how I feel about something, especially if you ask, if that can't be handled then I might as well just quit this guild.
Some favorite movies off the top of my head: Battle of Warriors Gran Torino Gangs of New York Mongol Mr. Brooks Eden Log The Cell
I don't have an all-time favorite, and I know I didn't post some of my absolute favorites because I seem to be having trouble remembering a lot fo them. I watch a lot of movies, genres don't bother me, I like them all. However, I've noticed Romance and Comedies seem to be my least favorite. Drama, Scifi, and ancient War movies are probably my three favorite genres...even though 'ancient war' isn't really a genre.
