Recently my mom is wanting a new haircut.
- My mother has difficult hair, it is fine and thin.
- She wants a short, low effort haircut. She doesn't want to spend more than 5 minutes styling a day on the cut, and doesn''t want to blow dry it every day.
- The styling has to be wind proof. She has to ride bike to work for an hour every day.
- she doesn't want layers in her face. Maybe short hairs above her eyes, but no layers around her face.
- She has an oval face shape.

She asked me for help, but I am afraid for many haircuts with her. Her hair just falls flat very easily, and if you blow dry volume in it, fix it with very strong hairspray, it is gone in less than an hour. She prefers to chop her hair all off, so there is only one inch of hair left and then spike it. But that just looks odd on her.
