So my favorite director Darren Aronofsky will be directing The Wolverine. It's another Wolverine from X-Men movie. He has said that it will be unrelated to the origins movie and will be based on a mini-series where Wolverine lives in japan for a while.

I am very curious as to how Aronofsky will make a super hero movie. Mostly I hope he keeps with his own style and doesn't make it super commercial. He has yet to disappoint me so right now I am hoping it will be good.

It's so weird that he's doing this movie. I can't even begin to speculate.

But Wolverine: Origins was a piece of s**t, so it can only be an improvement.

I don't know...I'm kind of tired of Wolverine movies. I'd like to see an movie focused more on another member, you know, something different.

However, I'll be seeing this movie when I can. I bet I'll still enjoy it, I did enjoy the Wolverine: Origins, well maybe not so much as enjoyed it, but rather enjoyed how it entertained me for couple hours. Doubt I'd ever watch it a second time. I usually look for a few hours of entertainment in movies anyways, I find the average movie to be not-so-great, so if it can hold my interest for the entire film I count it as not such a bad movie.

This is exactly how I feel. Nothing against Wolverine, but there are lots of other interesting X-Men characters that would be cool to see.
And even if he says its unrelated to Origins, he's using the same lead so people are just going to automatically think it's associated. Hopefully he can redeem Logan's character this time around.

That's one of the reasons why I'm very interested in X-men 1st class. I want to see an X-men movie without Wolverine. It can be done, the whole Marvel universe doesn't revolve around Wolverine.

As for another Wolverine movie, it can be good. But I need a break from that character for a while. Bring on 1st class, then Thor and Captain America (Which I have unfortunately been more pessimistic towards). Bring on Green Lantern and the new Wonder Woman series. Then after a while maybe I'll be in the mood to see our favorite Aussie action star back as our favorite Canuck hero... Wait, my favorite Canadian hero is Puck. Never mind.

Couldn't care less, to be honest.

And IMDb said Aronofsky is not going to direct it, but that doesn't really affect my stand at all.
