It's based on Stephen Chbosky's novel of the same name and it's said that it's going to be written and directed by Chbosky himself. There hasn't been much casting confirmed, but it's been rumored that Logan Lerman and Emma Watson will be in it.

I LOVE the book and I need it to be a good movie... If the author's directing, that's a good sign. Well, I hope so at least.

Silly fact: Someone on IMDb Pro changed the whole cast list last week to say that midgets were playing everyone. I found it pretty funny, and I give my "lulz" kudos to whoever did it.

I love this book. Knowing that the author is directing makes me so happy because he will bring his characters to life in a way I don't think anyone else could. I have an issue with Logan Lerman but maybe he will bring something to Charlie so... until then I'm flipping excited!

I read this book when I was 14 & thought it was alright, but after I read it a few more times over the years fell in love with it.

I had no idea they were even thinking about making a film about it. Is this srsly gonna happen?

IDK how I feel about Emma Watson as Sam, BUT I love Logan Lerman for Charlie.

He's likeable and good at playing awkward/innocent.
