Talk about crack pot ideas for Mangas that you would despise, I would hate it if Twilight somehow got a cartoon or Japanese version of itself, it's crap to begin with, just imagine what that would do. D:

I think a graphic novel does exist for it, but it's strictly an American thing, not to be grouped with manga and defile it.

I'll confirm that there IS a graphic novel. I've read it. It was drawn by a korean? artist so even though the art is good quality the story is ever so the same.
