Well let me tell you what yard sale is , its a way to sale those items that you just cannot get rid of in the market , not to mention you wont be charged the market fee hehe . You simply post what your trying to get rid off and for how much remember it is a yard sale , but if you want to sell it for the price at the market thats cool too just means you wont be charged thet market fee .

Be sure you are trading the item they are buying
Do it through trade so both parties agree and are getting what they ask for
Do not Gift items and then ask for gold
Do not pester The seller asking over and over to lower prices
Do not pm beggin
You are responsible for your own Yard Sale
Gaia Rules Aplly as well as Guild rules
Remember to mark sold items as sold
And or remove sold items from your store
