Yay it is finally here!!! Our first makeup challenge of the year will be looks based off of ...... ASTROLOGY As yall Know there will be a contest this month and this is your first step in entering!! Just simply enter a look in this thread and head over to the Official Entry Thread For January ContestAll the rules and dates have been posted on the entry thread so you are well on your way to possibly winning! In This Thread: The 2nd post is full of links to all the different signs so if you would like to read up on your sign and get some ideas hopefully it makes it a little easier. The 3rd post is a example of how I would like the entries layouts to look. But if you have any further questions please feel free to PM me. Other than that have fun and good luck! Inspiration, colors all that jazz: I did a really dark look with thick eyeliner to make it look intense because Scorpio's usually have penetrating eyes twisted lol I used different shades of purple to represent power. To me purple is a power color because it comes off to me as being very regal and hypnotic. Then of course your pic:

Since the sign for Leo is a lion, I based the colors off of lions fur, using yellows and oranges. I've read somewhere before that Leos are bold, so I made the eyeliner dark, so that the eye look would look bolder.

Since the sign for Leo is a lion, I based the colors off of lions fur, using yellows and oranges. I've read somewhere before that Leos are bold, so I made the eyeliner dark, so that the eye look would look bolder.

Your Birthday: Nov. 20 Your Sign: Scorpio Your Sign Traits (3 good, 3 not so good that you think best apply to you): Emotional, Passionate, Determined, Secretive, Resentful, Compulsive Whole look:  Lips up close:  Eye open:  Eye closed:  The reason you only see one eye is all the pictures is because I had to get out of the bathroom for my brother before I could do the other. xd I used black liquid eyeliner on my eyes and then added pencil over top of the thicker areas and smudged it out and also used maroon eyeshadow. I also penciled in my eyebrows a little, with black. On the lips I used bright red lipstick and black pencil eyeliner around the edges and spread that around and extended the one side out to form stiches. Unfortunately my phone isn't a high quality camera because the crack that I drew on one side of my lip doesn't show up. scream Everything's darker than it appears in the pictures. My bathroom lighting is a bit strange. EDIT: Gah! I hit the submit button instead of preview. For whatever reason, after resizing on photobucket, it doesn't change the images no matter what I do. So sorry for the horizontal page stretch. sweatdrop

My birthday is the 27th of FebruaryMy star sign is PiscesMy star sign traits are sensitive, kind and s ympathetic. Escapist, idealistic and secretiveI took many pictures but I managed to narrow it down as much as possible ^^Left // Blue[x] [X] [x] [X] [x][With my left eye I decided to do something to do with the water and fish.
I used a mix of blue eye shadow, outlined my lower eye lid and above my lashes with dark eye shadow.
Also added two blue lines then dotted with liquid eye liner to represent a fish tail. Plus mascara of course]Right // Purple[x] [X] [x][I used a mix of light purple on my right eye to represent the kind and gentle nature of the pisces.
Aslong as purple also being a colour associated with the blue]

Birthday: March 14th Sign Traits: Creative, Intuitive, Sympathetic - Negative: Escapist, Secretive, Vague Description: For this look I used the colors that I usually think for a fish. Blue, Green, and purple. I blended out the colors to make them look like fish scales because the sign for a Pisces is two fish swimming in opposite directions. The wings of the eyeliner represent the fish tails. And the eyeliner itself draws out a fish. It's a pretty simple look. My cheeks were put with some pink blush (but it didn't show as well -_-) and my lips were colored a pale pink. (Fish lips?)
