Weapon(s): ID disk Vehicle(s): light cycle, Magical time traveling toast Weaknesses/Limits: the weaknesses of any other program ya know Alliance: neutral Bio: I was programed in 1983 by some kid, i managed to avoid trouble for a while, keeping on the sidelines, doing what my user told me, but i still kept in touch. i herd about the isos, that flyn guy, clu, the whole deal. and i think everyone herd about tron dying. it was a dark day. than that rinzler guy came about. one, i love a guy in black, two i don't know if i'm the only program whose noticed but he looks LOT like tron but with a helmet up. the big "T" was a big hint any way here we are in now times. Abilities: Winslow has good accuracy in his shots and is best using vehicles while he fights, noticeably the Light Cycle.
Weapon(s): Aside from his light disc, his baton had been upgraded to be able to turn into a light sword and light staff.
Vehicle(s): Winslow owns many vehicles, such as a Light Cycle, Light Jet, and a Light Runner.
Weaknesses/Limits: Winslow isn't very good at fighting up-close since Edward Dillinger Junior is not either.
Alliance: Neutral
Biography: Winslow was a System Monitor made by Edward Dillinger Junior, son of Edward Dillinger Senior, as their main online representative. When Sam Flynn took over ENCOM again, Winslow was given freedom from user control and was able to generate his own personality.
Appearance: Winslow has unique purple circuitry, only available in FCON's new version of the Grid where purple is available. Sam Flynn had removed purple as an option, so only the few who had chosen purple while it was available were allowed to keep the appearance for their circuitry.
Personality: Winslow appears to have a high interest in Light Cycle Racing, he has a major need for speed. Aside from that, he appears to be without fear, taking on dangerous situations careless of the possibly severe outcomes.

Abilities: A neutralist at her core, the Basics' xenophobia and fellow ISOs' stigma lead her to become the belligerent militant she is now. She preaches that long range weaponry is that of a cowards, and fancies close quarters and hand to hand combat.
Weapon(s): Since combat comes naturally to her, Neige favors utilizing her identity disc as a sort of knuckleduster. After several upgrades, she prefers using it in tandem with a gauntlet she fastened to her left arm, which, when a baton is affixed to it, can rez a light sword. She isn't fond of light grenades, though will implement them if the situation calls for it.
Vehicle(s): Recognizers, light jet, and all terrestrial vehicles.
Weaknesses/Limits: Poor light cyclist and often wreckless in combat.
Alliance: Clu
Bio: A former Arjian acolyte, Neige defied protocol and escaped the Purge. Her next few hundred cycles were spent in solitude and fear, as the information she'd attained from the Arjian archives and refused to disclose would prove to be valuable to both the Administrator and growing resistance forces. Basics sneered at the sight of her ISO marking and her brethren rejected and assaulted her. The ISO's faith in others waned rapidly, and soon enough, she adapted to their aggressive advances. A disciple turned rogue turned secondary enforcer, she admits to having indulged in her newfound power quite often; profiling, marauding and battery are not rare instances within her presence.
Appearance: X - Short, dark hair for little or no need for maintenence. She's tall for a female, with a sturdy, masculine frame beneath her pallid skin. Two "V"-shaped markings appear on her cheekbones. Her circuitry was white prior to Clu's proposal to repurpose her. The suit is styled after the standard for Black Guard, armor plating it and a few dots and lines of crimson lighting here and there.
Personality: A combat pragmatist. A shadow of her former self, Neige is known for her incredibly predjudiced and intimidatingly cruel ways. A cold sense of introversion masks her inimical temper, which may lash out if provoked. Observant, enduring, and rash in battle, she is a formidable adversary. Neige had once known a program who she would forever regard as her true friend; she'd found it easy and safe to confide in him, and he in her, but as time progressed, the two would drift apart. Her compassion for others would henceforth wane ever so swiftly.
