A rusty and unpleasant jail where all the rule breakers go if they're dull enough to get caught. Almost outside of the city, this prison is shaped like an hourglass. If you're bad enough or important, you're sent to the bottom of the hourglass. The entrance is on the top of the building and one can only enter through there by helicopter. Those who are just serving a short amount of time are put up at the top of the hourglass because if they escape it's not that big of a deal. Guard constantly patrol the cells and escort the prisoners everywhere. At feeding and showering times the guards stand vigil at the entrance and walls of the room to make sure nothing bad or fishy goes on. The cells themselves are dark. There's little light that leaks through the bars of the cell, and it's only light made from the dim light bulbs that are randomly placed on the ceiling.
