Toddlers don't always like sleeping in their own beds for many reasons (always slept in parents' bed, scared) but how do/did you get yours to sleep in their own bed all night?
If the parents keep reinforcing that their children sleep in their beds and continuously keep putting them back in bed and telling them it's bed time, the children will stop fighting it and willingly go to sleep in their own beds if given no choice. This is not always true, but it's advice! What works/worked for you?

My daughter had slept in my bed all the time when she was an infant, so when she turned a year old, I had to make her a bed on my floor, then make her a bed on her bedroom floor, then got her in her bed, but only if I laid beside her until she fell asleep. Eventually she went to bed on her own and I no longer needed to lay beside her.

Reinforcement is the key. Sometimes my kids sleep in the same bed because they claim they are scared, which I don't mind. As long as they aren't in my bed!

My kids don't like to goto bed so they destroyed thier toddler bed
Broke one in half and broke the legs and headboard off the other one
So now they have to sleep on the floor or the couch until we get new ones
You would think that one would have noticed what they were doing but when they wake up at 4 or 5 in the morning to destroy things while you are out cold there's little you can say or do until you get up in the morning and see what they did at night

My son gets up before me (he's 2.5 years), and comes downstairs almost every morning and gets into the fridge, gets ketchup and syrup all over the floor, and makes a huge mess!
