Are your children fed well-balanced meals three times a day with snacks in between? That is what's recommended. Are the meals nutritious? Do the children sit down to eat at the table together when it's meal time? Are they picky eaters?

My children sit down to eat together at the table, usually. Sometimes I let them eat in the living room if it's not a messy meal. I try to make healthy meals, but sometimes popping a pizza in the oven is more convenient. They are always snacking on something, usually pretzels, crackers, or dry cereal. They drink mostly water, milk, and apple juice.

Yes yes and yes. I'm chef so I have a quite a good knowledge how to eat healthy. Of course sometimes we have pizza or even french fries, but normal every day meal is healthy and always with vegetables. I would say my daughter is not really picky (she loves fish, broccoli, olives, different cheeses, carrots) but some days she is just not in the mood and chooses not to eat anything except her crayons. ninja
