My choice would be Gohan...the teen one. When he faced Cell, he was epic. I mean, he was, technically the only person to save the world while Goku was dead. So, even though he's no SSJ4, Teen Gohan...BEST SAIYAN EVER

Piccolo fails. On a molecular level. He failed as a Demon King (his dad did, anyways), he failed as a hero, he failed as a fusion (twice), and has died more times than goku and vegeta combined.

<(x.x)> ) yea bobdudes got a point there not to bash piccolo but he did die fighting goku in dragonball when he was king piccolo,and vegeta killed him on earth,freiza almost killed him again too after his fusion with nail,if cell wouldnt have gone on babbling he would have killed him and drained him, and then buu absorbs him lol hes is just not as on the ball as everyone else
(oh and silver btw thx for those pancakes lol)
