Welcome to Loriandar, a world long forgotten. It is a world of magic and steel, lost to all but the brave few that have ventured through the Nexus to find it.
The land is split between the Alhir and Toran kingdoms. They have been bitter enemies for generations, with much blood shed. The two kingdoms are in a bitter war, nether side wanting to give ground.
The Toran kingdom is in the northern lands, guarded by mountains and high walls. They relay more in the strength of their arm in battle and life.
The Alhir kingdom is in the southern lands, full of open grasslands but protected by it's fiercely loyal warriors. They relay more on the magic that flows throughout the world.

Walks through the crowded streets, one hand hidden beneath his cloak, resting on the pommel of his sword. He looks around but nobody seems to notice him with his hood up.

Looks up from the daggers in the stall in front of her. The throng of people in the marketplace is staggering to her. Man, home was never like this. She looks back down at the daggers for another moment then wanders off to look at other stalls.

Slips into a doorway and finds himself an empty table in the common room along the side wall.

Claude glanced over at the hooded figure that had just entered. Wasn't that kind of strange? You don't normally find people with hoods here unless it was raining. He glanced around the room at everyone else. The clothing seemed to range from smart-casual to rather worn and dogeared. Still no hoods. This was strange.
Must have been someone from out of town, and for a hood like that someone who didn't want to be caught.
'Alhir, of course' A smile grew across his face. Someone from Alhir would definitely know a thing or two about magic, and even if they were just someone from out of town at least he'd be giving them a warm welcome. He casually wandered over, his drink still in hand and took a seat opposite the figure.
"Yo! You from out of town?" Claude asked warmly.

Looks up at the person across the table. Keep quiet. Looks around then turns back to the person. You're the one who can get me south?

Down south? Well, they were Alhir after all but Claude would have thought that they would be able to get back into their own kingdom easily. Maybe they were an outcast, yes that had to be it. Why else would they be wearing such a covering hood?
"Uh... dunno but I guess I could try," he said with a shrug. Honestly he'd never been out of Toran before but he figured if he helped then he might be more willing to collaborate with him. "Never been down there myself mind you. So what, are you looking for an escort or something?"

Stops at a cloak stall and looks through the cloaks. I'm glad I got me one that doesn't stand out here. Walks onward through the streets

((Fumyo, we are in the Toran kingdom, about 4 days north of the Toran/Alhir border. And most people would be trying to kill somebody from Alhir. Also, most people in the kingdom would know Lazarus from his face or sword.))
Never been...wait! I've said too much! Jumps up from his chair, his sword pommel showing through the cloak, shrugging off the glances everybody throws his way and runs out the door, running right into a cloaked young woman, knocking her to the ground.

At the touch of the young man's hand, the crystal bracelet on her wrist lights up with a soft white glow. She looks at it then at the young man.

[[I'm sorry, not much detail was given really. I wasn't aware there was any leeway with how friendly people were allowed to be. I just figured if Claude was interested in the fusion of magic and weaponry he'd probably want to meet someone from Alhir. I wasn't aware that Lazarus would be so easily identifiable either. Sorry for any trouble or confusion, thank-you for the clarification. I'll try and set something right.]]
"Hey wait!" He didn't know what he said but the figure had suddenly leapt up and fled the building. In the rush to escape the hilt of his sword flickered through the material of his cloak.
Suddenly Claude realized who he was talking to.
He may only be an average craftsman but he was an expert in identifying weapons, and there was only one person in the whole of Toran who had a sword like that. as fast as he could, Claude ran outside, hoping that he hadn't gotten far, to find him just outside helping up a young woman.
"Hey! You're... I know you!"

((You don't have to hate Alhir. But I wanted to let you know some people might. And don't worry about Laz. He's trying to hide his identity. His bio says he left during a battle, so you can figure out his reasons.))
Turns around at the voice. Lazarus grabs his wrist and pulls both people through the crowd until they stop in a secluded alleyway. He throws his hood back, revealing his face. Yes, I am the prince. Don't go blabbing it all around! I'm trying to hide myself as you can see.
