ok, ive been there (who hasn't? x.x) and i tried to sign up. the problem is, it wont let me T-T
when you register it asks your game system and your game, but when i chose my game system it refreshes the page. i have to try it like 20 times before it doesnt refresh and then i chose my game. then it does the same thing, it refreshes the hole page. so i have to go back and chose my game system again but it refreshes and etc. does anyone know why this is happening or a way to fix it? i REALLY want to be a member of it so i can see all of the custom content, movies, stories, etc.
thanks ^^;

That's pretty odd. Are you sure it's their site and not your pc? Cuz,I made an account there and first time i registered, I put up university, and I also added nightlife to it. So, i know i've been able to do quite a lot there without a problem.

I was able to register my game, but the same thing that's happening to you happened to my friend. She wasn't able to register online, either. I'm not sure, but Graceangel's theory that it might be your pc sounds plausible.

have you tried using the register thing that's in your game folder? I think I tried to register on the site once and it didn't work out for me. but registering it from the game works fine (or at least it did).
if you're desperate, sign up at pogo.com or ea.com. they all use the same login and password (or if you already have an account at either of those sites, try logging in with it).
