I was wondering where to go to make one. Can't seem to find it?

are u talking about making an image or about putting something in ur signature...
If you want to make urself ur own signature go to my gaia.
On the far right there is a little gear button when you put your mouse on it and don't click it says account. Do not click this button but click the arrow to the right of it. Go down the list and click signature.
It will come with a small box that allows bb code. None of the smileys work in signature mode but color and size changes in text do work.
Also you need to keep it to 512 characters in all including bb code.
