Oki dokie : D
Lets start formulating them ideas shall we X3
Alright, so..
We have the basic story line, so we don't have to worry about that quite so much, though we have a few questions to answer xD
Such as:
1. How long should it take the twins to find Shizu?
2. Should they misake a Shizuo cosplayer for the real Shizu?
3. How long should it be?
4. How many people should be in it?
5. How should it end? Happily ever after?
6. What about props?
7. Costumes?
Not a skit question so much as a pratice thing; Where can we all get together to pratice this? My mother has a timeshare thing, and we might be able to get a room in Nashville sometime. If we do this, could everyone get there? Or rather, where does everyone live?
Side note: we have to keep in mind the stage, using last years visual knowledge, the stage is oddly small.
Another side note: We should totally do a skit for the panel too :O Like not physically, but visually, like get together before hand and film it, that way we can get better visuals :3 Like one of these:

But back to the skit idea, heres my answers:
1. Pretty quickly. Reasoning: Its not so much running around looking for him here, cause its a small stage.. And I dont think this is going to be high tech enough to have like a spot light, like a reagular play or something.. Then again this is an anime con skit not a production xD so within the first few minutes (We should be discussing what had done to get where we are at the beginning of the play, like how we caught Izaya, what we're doing, etc.)
2. Lol. I thought that would be rather funny. Even in the anime he's a popular guy who everyones jealous of, right? Like what if it was one of his obsessed fan girls, or someone who just wanted to be cool. So maybe? That would give it a few more minutes of script time. I mean, I personally think its a good skit idea, but if it goes too quickly, people will lose interest. So we need obsticals. So with my first answer, maybe its not the real Shizu they find lol.
3. I'm thinking about 5/6 minutes. We can do a lot in that amount of time, and not too much to where it seems over done.
4. Let's see.. We need Shizuo (1 or 2), Izaya, Kusaka, Kururi, and Mairu. So about 5 (or 6).
5. I havent really given the ending much thought yet, I suck at ending things, so this shouldn't be my part xD
6. Well, we will definatly need a little red wagon, or something that makes it alittle easier to drag Izaya around. So 1 wagon. Shizuo should totally have a vending machine. So 1 vending machine. I can't really think of anything beyond that at this point.
7. As for costumes, I have Mairu's school uniform, I'm sure Ash can get Kururi completly done by then. Iggy should be working on Shizuo too. I think Devin has a done Izaya cosplay... So what we really need to look into getting is Kusaka.. he seems pretty simple, and I can easily get a wig for him. As for Kururi, depending on the time, we can see if we need to get you a wig Ash :3
And extending on the meeting idea. We could probably get a room for more than one day, so that's a plus. It kinda sucks we live far away from each other. I'm even further than Devin and Iggy.. But we can always use my house for anything~ I have a pretty big basement. Cause we need to work on the Panel too. So, it'll probably be sometime after April. My dad's giving me alittle bit of money, so I should be able to take our car to get any of you, depending on your location : D We'll see at the time its needed.
More extending on the panel skit. I kinda got this idea from my Happy Ending comment xD I think it would be a rather fun experience, we need to extend on our panel planning as well. Its not like we're really running out of time quite yet, but the better we get this well planned out, the higher sucess rate of it getting accepted. Don't you guys think? I'll probably repost this and extend on it more in the panel planning section :3
