Uhh Okay ...
In the last episode Tachibana told Otonoshi that she has his heart so Tachibana is supposed to be dead after Otonoshi but she was in afterlife and fighting with SSS for long time before even Otonoshi comes to afterlife.
Is it a goof? or there is somehing I don't know about?

I also have the same question....Maybe somehow otonashi go to afterlife slower because his memory disappear? question

It because Tachibanas regret couldn't be fulfilled unlesss otonashi was there so w/e that world is pulled him in there so he could do it. There obviously is a greater force.

no, not at all. His memories returned when he was near his heart because he heard it beting helping him. Having his heart gone wouldn't affect his memories. He's been dead a real long time of course he's going to forget stuff. He didn't go to that world immediately like the others did.

at the 1st time I wondering.... Tachibana already in that world for long time...
she said she have Otonashi Heart, but Otonashi just appear in that world...
I wondering if Otonoshi take too long to go in that world... xd

nope. He took the right amount of time since he was never supposed to be there in te first place XD
