it's a skin condition where your cheeks are very red.
must consider the possibility that this guy is an idiot, and maybe you were just blushing...or it was cold that day...or you have acne or dermatitis or something else. how did he make this expert diagnosis?

O-oh.
It was online.....I ...I guess I do use the blush emoticon a lot....But I also blush a lot in real life, I was trying to imitate that....
Oh my....I must have been being very annoying or something...
