What Wicca Really Is thread that I linked you to in our PMs? I think you'll find it very informative and help you to considder if Wicca is really what you want to be. Something tells me that, based on what you've told me so far (both over PMs and now this thread), that Wicca isn't the path for you.

Its not the things that you use that make one a witch, its not even the things that you do with them but rather how you use them to do those things. Wands, staffs, alters and all that jazz don't make a witch. Waving wands and staffs around while chanting over an alter does not make one a witch. What makes one a witch is the focusing of your will with the intent of enacting an observable effect. Emma Watson (sp?) waves a wand while speaking Latin but that does not make her a witch.
I wouldn't worry to much about what you use, but rather, how you use them.

Spells are not a requirement to being a witch. In fact, they're a rather over-rated aspect of the craft and get far more attention then is merited.

From what I've read (both here and over our PMs) I agree with Sang: You're just a witch. Plain and simple.
If, however, you were asking for a name to put to your spiritual/religious path... Then I would call you an Eclectic Neo-Pagan.
