Banning Members

Step 1- Moderators are informed of a problem member or witness the member's misdemeanor personally.

Step 2- They will PM the person and tell them that if they continue they will be banned. They must spell it out for the member (this + this = ban).

Step 3- If the member continues after their warning, they will be banned.

The following actions result in an automatic ban: cybering

Sending Threads to the Recycle Bin

Step 1- Moderator identifies the problem within a thread.

Step 2- Moderator PMs a warning to the thread's author. (Ex: "The thread needs to be fixed within a week, or it will be locked and moved to the Recycle Bin.")

Step 3- Moderators must wait ONE WEEK before taking action.

Step 4- If the author does not fix the thread within a week, the Moderator locks the thread and moves it to the Recycle Bin subforum.
