Hehe, as much fun as think this would be, it wouldn't exactly be fair to anyone else
Using the Hatcher feature Birthrights, it would be possible to give Sableye the ability Wonder Guard. No type of move is super effective against Sableye, so he'd be invulnerable to every type of damage. The only way one would be able to kill it would be through poisoning or burning it, something like Destiny Bond, or maybe trainer attacks.
So you might want to ban Birthrights use in that specific case. Or not, it's up to you.

Trainer attacks would still damage the Pokemon, as they aren't considered moves. In addition, there are plenty of other ways to take care of a Pokemon like that.
If it does become an issue, I'll see that it's fixed. I'm sure that there are a few holes in the game like that and I'll deal with them as soon as I see them get abused. Whenever I've been involved in other d20 games in the past, I've always tried to break them with my characters, just for the fun of it. In this guild, anything that allows someone to become too powerful will get nerfed, I'll see to it.
