Its a serious matter. I want to share a link with you all this is a guild that works specifically to show you what hackers look like and what tricks they pull to steal your money and your stuff.

Check out some of the in this guild and keep them in mind because you may get a message one day that says something, anything to get you to type out your password and username. when you do you will get hacked.

Just look at the examples and keep them in mind ^^ So you won't or hopefully wont be a victim to hacking.

If you want to know how to spot a fake report go to this link he is a great guy who points out all the fake things people use to try to steal your account and your money ^^ I hope this is helpful to everyone old or new to gaia ^^

Even the most experienced can fall into a hackers trap! do NOT give anyone your password, even if you trust them. No one on Gaia will ever ask for it, or at least they SHOULDN'T, they have no reason to. If someone does report it to one of our staff or the admin on Gaia.

Thanx, when I was on here more I was a member of a few guilds and I would try to pass on the hacker knowledge because the guilds had similar attractions. It was for safety reasons.

this person sent me a scam. Please also do not fall for "instant gaia giveaways" Esp. when the person is dressed in strait scrubs and telling you that you could win a large amount of money. STAY STRONG DON'T FALL FOR THINGS THAT ARE "TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!" because they most likely are.

Here is a really good attempt at tricking you but I caught this one and I want you guys to see what it looks like. He did a very Convincing message and I guess others have seen this one too before... Do not fall for this! and remember Gaia will never ask for your Username or password... so this is a sham a very convincing one but a sham none the less!
