Lt Gen : Can play any rank of military within the Rp
Col : Can play any but General Rank status in Rp
Major : Can play up to the Team members.
Private : Can only play minor, semi-minor characters.

Grounds for Promotion :
Playing Often, Following the rules, helping others, etc.
Grounds for Demotion :
Becoming too inactive, Breaking the rules, holding others down.
Grounds for Dismissal
Complete inactivity for longer than three weeks after an Rp has started, breaking the rules enough times, if you think it will, it probably will.

Note about ranks : The rank presented here does not refer to the characters you play on the Rp's. It only means to which kind of characters you are allowed to play, if they are important or not.
