What would they be? What laws and regulations would you put into place? Me this is the five things i would do to change the way the system works.

#1 - Eliminate parties.
No political parties equals that politicians would be forced to side with ideas, rather then which side of the isle they're on.
#2 - Make all insurance companies non-profit.
Keeping them private but making them non-profit i think would help greatly. Business should not profit on something like this.
#3 - Rebuild the dept of education.
Base it not on standardized testing and make it about finding what the individual strong suits are for each student and progressing them. Focusing on the students passions and showing them ways to realize their potential.

Yeah i think thats a decent place to start. I think that #2 and #3 would very muc help the education and health care systems. So GD what areas are you passionate in?
