Before I had children, I was partying a lot with friends and starting to do drugs that were pretty dangerous. I was always depressed and didn't care about myself. I had nothing to really live for, so I thought.
I got pregnant with my daughter when I was 18 and it was a life-changing experience! I stopped doing drugs and getting drunk and decided it was time to be serious because I was going to be a mother. I started going to college while I was pregnant, too.
How have your children made your life different? Did you have to sacrifice anything?

Life before children was also parties and not so legal things. Once my daughter was born, all I wanted to do was stay home and take care of her. When we had my son and completed our family , life is actually pretty balanced.
crazy times, quiet times, and still fun times. I have recently gone back to school to change careers and be able to provide better for my kids.

Before I had kids, I didn't really care about anything. I lived dangerously. I screwed up my senior year in high school, too. Now that I have kids, I feel like I have a reason to live. ninja
